Yes we do! We offer Cherry and Klarna payment plans,  and Care Credit with a minimum $1000 purchase.

No, you don’t have to be a member to enjoy our services, you can simply pay the non member price.

Our memberships are designed to save you money and help you get amazing results. We realize that one or two aesthetic treatments per year won’t help you achieve your skin and body goals. You need consistent treatments, combined with the products and wellness services to get the best results.

Per your membership agreement there is no early cancellation. However as courtesy should you decide you will no longer benefit from the services included in your membership your monthly dues may be banked and used towards future purchases including retail.  Alternatively you may pay off the remainder of your agreement and use those monies towards any regular priced service or retail. Please notify our office by  email inquiries@beautyloungesm.com should you decide you would like to move forward.

It’s your responsibility to make it to your appointments. We schedule your next appointment at every visit and offer convenient evening and weekend hours. We also email and text you appointment reminders. Your first no show/no call we will charge you $100 and allow you to reschedule if there are available appointments, the second time you will forfeit your monthly session. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will also be charged $100 according to our cancellation policy.

Our memberships offer the best service, the best treatments and the best results.

Our pricing and membership terms are very clear when you sign up. There are no refunds for membership payments.

Your appointment times are reserved for you. We schedule our appointments so that you will receive the right amount of time for your service. It is very important for you to keep your scheduled appointments and arrive on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us 24 hours notice.

You may cancel or reschedule online or call/text us at (760) 877-8747 during business hours. You can access your scheduled appointments anytime from your patient portal online. Do not use IG, FB or email to cancel appointments.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or no show your appointment, you will be charged a $100 fee. If you are late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to a future service.

We require a credit card on file for our cancellation/no show policy.

Treatment Outcomes Vary: Our goal is to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision, prior to your treatment. Aesthetic medicine is not an exact science and your body may react in unexpected ways. We will provide you the very best care, always keeping your aesthetic goals in mind. If you have a treatment outcome that is not what you expected, please make an appointment to come in and discuss your options.

Refunds: Unopened product may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Opened product causing an allergic reaction maybe exchanged. A service credit may be provided 

Only ONE Beauty Lounge sale or promotional offer may be applied per service. The promotional offer with the greatest savings will be applied.

You can NOT stack membership pricing/savings with another Beauty Lounge sale or promotional offer. 

Manufacturer rebates MAY be stacked with Beauty Lounge sale or promotional offer.

The $25 off Welcome reward is Valid off any Regular Priced Service $150 or more on your Next Visit.
