BEAUTY LOUNGE MEDICAL SPA IS SAN DIEGO’S PREMIERE MEDICAL SPA. WE ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY AND SELDOM ABLET TO ACCOMMODATE WALK INS. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU RESPECT OUR NO GUEST POLICY.

appointments

We request you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service so that you may relax, change, and fill out appropriate forms. We do our best to insure we take you at your scheduled appointment. In order to insure that we do, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule you.  Please familiarize yourself with our location and parking.  Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic, parking, or any other personal emergency.  Late arrivals will be cancelled and $100  fee will be collected. 

cancellations

All appointments must be secured with a credit card on file. We require a 24 hour notice for any date changes or cancellations of appointments to ensure our guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our provider’s time.  A cancellation or no show fee of $100 is charged if you no call, no show to your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Charges will be made on credit cards. If we are unable to collect a cancellation fee, subsequent booking will require cancellation fee be paid, and new deposit collected.  Repeat offenders will require full payment of service prior to booking. The amount pre-paid is non-refundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. 

We respect our provider’s time as they are booked out weeks to months in advance, and have a waiting list. Last minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the Beauty Lounge team to continue to provide the highest quality of service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time. 

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our policy.

deposits

A deposit is required for some appointments requiring longer appointment times or necessitating special order of supplies, medication, or equipment. The deposit is applied to the total cost of the procedure. This is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment. NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT

Non-Surgical Face Lift PDO Threads $500

Sculptra or Raidesse Booty Lift must be paid in full prior to appointment.

 

NO GUESTS PLEASE

Due to the nature of our detailed medical services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, spouses, or children, and/or pets to accompany you into the treatment room.  Children must be attended to at all times in our lobby. Our staff can NOT supervise your child(ren).

 

RETURN POLICY

We do NOT offer refund on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

No refunds on gift cards or packages.

Retail: Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase.
