BEAUTY LOUNGE PERMANENT MAKEUP & MED SPA IS AN EXCLUSIVE PERMANENT MAKE-UP STUDIO AND MEDICAL SPA OPEN PRIMARILY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. WE SELDOM CAN ACCOMMODATE WALK INS. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR DETAILED ARTISTIC SERVICES, WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU RESPECT OUR NO GUEST POLICY.


LATENESS

Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location and parking.  We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic, parking, or any other personal emergency.  Late arrivals will be cancelled and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time.

DEPOSITS

For some procedures that require a significant amount of time to perform we require a $100 deposit to confirm the appointment. All other services require a $50 deposit. NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT

CREDIT CARD ON FILE

A CREDIT CARD is required on file immediately upon booking to secure all appointments.  You will not be charged until the day of your appointment. This is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

We appreciate at least 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows forfeit their deposit. A credit card is required to have on file to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged until the day of your appointment. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our policy.

NO GUESTS PLEASE

Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, spouses, or children, and/or pets to accompany you into the treatment room.  Children must be attended to at all times in our lobby. Our staff can NOT supervise your child(ren).

SPLIT PAYMENT OPTION (PERMANENT MAKEUP)

In order to take advantage of our split payment option, a credit card is required on file.  In doing so you give Beauty Lounge Permanent Makeup & Med Spa permission to charge your credit card  30 calendar days after your initial appointment, for the remaining balance of your procedure.  YOU,  the client are responsible for scheduling and attending the touch-up appointment no later than 6 weeks after the initial procedure, or be charged an additional touch-up fee of $250 after 6 weeks. All of our permanent makeup services are TWO step procedures. Your service is considered incomplete without the touch-up appointment. We take pride in our artistry, and want to ensure you have the best possible results. *Split payment clients who did not complete their touchup within 6 weeks nor make their final payment forfeit any and all promotional offers and or discounts for the touchup, and will be charged a touch-up rate of $250+.

PERMANENT MAKEUP TOUCH-UPS

Your first touch-up session is complimentary when paying for your service in full. This can be scheduled no sooner than 4 weeks and no later than 6 weeks following your first session. Touch-up Sessions are typically booked during your first visit. Currently we are booked 3-4 weeks out, so it is imperative that you schedule your touch-up session ASAP. This Touch-up  session is crucial for the best results.  If you DO NOT complete your initial procedure by completing your touch up appointment within 4-6 weeks the complimentary touchup is forfeited and additional fees will apply depending on length of time since original procedure date. Additional touch-ups may be needed for excessive bleeding, oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly, for an additional fee.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS

We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work.  If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval INFO@BEAUTYLOUNGESANMARCOS.COM  before your appointment booking. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL BROW CLIENTS

Permanent make-up is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all instructions are crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results

PAIN

Please remember that every effort is made to keep our clients as comfortable as possible, using a combination of local and topical anesthetics, however this is a TATTOO and some level or degree of pain is to be expected. There are many individual biological factors that may effect the clients level pain of control, and are completely out of the artist control. The rate of absorption and the body’s metabolism of the medication varies from person to person, as does one’s pain threshold and perception to pain. 99% of the time our clients experience little to ZERO pain during their procedure, however on occasion some may report some degree of pain. Again, this procedure is a TATTOO!
