About Our San Marcos Med Spa

Founded in 2018 by Shawnda Dorantes, MSN, FNP-C, CANS, Beauty Lounge Medical Spa was built around one goal: helping patients feel like the most confident version of themselves.

As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Shawnda combines medical expertise with an artist’s eye, and that same philosophy shapes every visit at the San Marcos office.

Since it’s our largest and longest-running location, patients here have access to our complete menu of services and the full clinical team, all under one roof.
